Bluebeam Instructions

Import into Bluebeam Revu

Open Bluebeam Revu
Go to Tools > Stamp > Import Stamp
Select the downloaded PDF file
Click Open

Add Your Professional Seal

Click Edit next to VerifyThisSeal.com
Delete the blue square placeholder
Insert your professional seal image
Resize and position as needed
Save the stamp

Pro Tip: Paste your verification code from the dashboard when using the stamp.

Click Add Extension in the confirmation popup
Pin the extension to your toolbar by clicking the puzzle piece icon and pinning VTS

First Time Setup

Click the VTS extension icon in your browser toolbar
Click Sign In and authenticate with your VTS account
Your professional seals will load automatically
You're ready to generate seal codes!

Quick Usage

Once installed, click the extension icon → select your seal → enter document details → generate code. Codes are automatically copied to your clipboard.

Verify Seal Codes

Click the VTS Verifier extension icon in your browser toolbar
Choose the Verify Seal Code tab
Enter the seal code and last 4 digits of the professional license
Click Verify to get instant results

Lookup Professionals

Switch to the Verify Professional tab
Select state, profession type, and enter last name
Enter the last 4 digits of the license number
Click Lookup to find licensed professionals
