How to Edit the Stamp and Add Your Professional Seal

  1. To open the stamp in edit mode:
    • Go to Tools > Stamp and click Edit to the right of the VerifyThisSeal.com.
    • Alternatively, if you've already placed the stamp on a PDF, right-click the stamp, select Properties, then click Modify on the Properties panel.
The PDF stamp will open on a separate tab in Revu.
  2. Inside the stamp, you will see a prominent blue square placeholder. This is where your professional seal image will go.
  3. To replace the blue square:
    • Right-click on the blue square placeholder.
    • Select Delete to remove it.
    • Now, insert your professional seal image. You can do this by dragging and dropping your seal image file (e.g., JPG, PNG) directly onto the stamp page, or by going to Tools > Image > Image from File.
    • Resize and position your seal image within the stamp boundary as needed. Ensure it fits neatly where the blue square was.
  4. Once you have made your edits, save the stamp (usually by closing the stamp tab and confirming changes) to apply them.
  5. The stamp is pre-configured with a text field for the system-generated code. When you apply this stamp to a PDF and are prompted to fill in the text field, simply copy and paste the code generated from your VerifyThisSeal.com dashboard. The dialog can process the following formats: www.verifythisseal.com/[code], verifythisseal.com/[code], [code-with-dashes], and [code].
